What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to discover customer pain points and technical requirements.
• Lead discovery calls and deliver high-impact product demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Manage technical validation activities including pilot programs and proof-of-concept exercises.
• Translate complex prospect use cases into technical solutions that demonstrate clear ROI.
• Train managers and users to drive solution adoption during the sales process.
• Act as a key liaison between prospective customers and internal product management teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience with 1–3 years in technical pre-sales.
• Deep expertise in Conversational AI and CCaaS platforms.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, contact center infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and deliver compelling presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across internal functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
