What you will do
- Execute and improve onboarding programs for new Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate ramp time.
- Reinforce enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including discovery, executive alignment, and competitive positioning.
- Deliver ongoing training and direct 1-1 coaching via live sessions and tools like Gong.
- Provide direct deal support through strategy sessions, meeting preparation, and ride-alongs with reps.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop effective messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling materials.
- Analyze performance data such as quota attainment and win rates to optimize enablement programs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the needs of quota-carrying account executives.
- Strong familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive performance through data-informed strategies.
