TL;DR
Senior Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Developing and executing high-impact enablement programs for global sales teams with an accent on enterprise sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message™. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Boston, MA (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office).
Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of onboarding and continuous enablement for AEs and BDRs.
- Build AE programs tailored for complex enterprise deals, including multi-threaded discovery and RFP management.
- Embed value-based selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message™ into daily sales motions.
- Deliver high-impact training, workshops, and coaching in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- Refine enablement strategy using performance data from platforms like Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales.
- Proven track record supporting strategic sales motions for Fortune 500 accounts.
- Deep expertise in enterprise sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message™).
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver both in-person and virtual training programs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse sales teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement effectiveness.
- AI Aptitude: Drive to learn and integrate AI tools into daily sales enablement processes.
Nice to have
- Official certification in Command of the Message™ and MEDDPICC.
- Experience in B2C or B2B commerce industries.
- Familiarity with sales tools: Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo.
