What you will do

• Develop, configure, and optimize AI agents using internal platforms and tools.
• Build seamless integrations between AI agents and external systems including APIs, databases, and CRMs.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and fine-tune prompts to ensure reliability in enterprise environments.
• Gather technical requirements from customers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Conduct technical demos and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions and collect feedback.
• Coordinate project milestones and provide technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, consulting, or AI/ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang.
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Background in forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering roles.
