Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 USD (plus 10% annual bonus)

What you will do

  • Plan and execute integrated B2C demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, and web channels.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including CPA, LTV, and ROI, to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with UX, product, and web teams to conduct funnel testing and improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing to optimize onboarding journeys and reduce user churn.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of B2C demand generation, consumer funnels, and growth metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, or Iterable.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as GA4 and dashboard reporting.
  • Experience working with job marketplaces or two-sided digital platforms.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
