What you will do
- Plan and execute integrated B2C demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, and web channels.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including CPA, LTV, and ROI, to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with UX, product, and web teams to conduct funnel testing and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with lifecycle marketing to optimize onboarding journeys and reduce user churn.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure campaign alignment.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of B2C demand generation, consumer funnels, and growth metrics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, or Iterable.
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as GA4 and dashboard reporting.
- Experience working with job marketplaces or two-sided digital platforms.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
