Compensation Range: $126K - $165.9K

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns to hit pipeline targets.
• Manage marketing automation tools including Marketo and Salesforce to track engagement and attribution.
• Design and execute webinar programs, virtual events, and hands-on workshops.
• Analyze campaign performance using A/B testing and KPIs to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign creation, content collation, and process automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, and product marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Marketo certification is required.
• Must be able to work from the Menlo Park office 3 days per week.
• Demonstrated track record of driving significant growth in demand and pipeline.
• Experience program-managing large-scale webinars and virtual events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
