Salary: $180,000 to $210,000 USD

hirify.global is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue, offering a platform that extracts revenue blueprints from data and encodes them into automations.

What you will do

  • Design and own the demand engine, blending paid, organic, content-driven, and community channels.
  • Partner with the in-house creative team to develop campaigns, including original research, video content, and social moments.
  • Own paid media strategy across LinkedIn, display, and emerging channels, focusing on full-funnel efficiency.
  • Own the marketing-to-sales handoff, including lead scoring, routing, and shared SLAs with sales.
  • Run structured experiments across every layer of the funnel, including ad creative, landing pages, and conversion flows.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing demand generation team.

Requirements

  • Experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Clear track record of building programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong command of paid media, particularly LinkedIn Ads.
  • Deep comfort with attribution and analytics, including building dashboards and running experiments.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot or Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Profound, AirOps.
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams.
