What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of integrated demand generation campaigns to meet aggressive pipeline targets.
• Develop multi-touch omnichannel nurture strategies to engage prospects across their buying journey.
• Design and develop ABM plans to drive revenue within core accounts in collaboration with Sales.
• Utilize A/B testing and performance analytics to optimize conversion rates and marketing efforts.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign creation, content collation, and pilot testing new channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Content, PMM, and Field marketing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Must be based in Menlo Park and able to work in-office 3 days per week.
• Proven track record of driving significant demand and pipeline growth.
• Extensive experience with marketing tech stacks including Marketo, Salesforce, and event platforms.
• Strong written communication skills for developing direct response copy.
• Understanding of the observability and software audience.
