What you will do
- Own end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across email, content syndication, paid newsletter placements, and directories.
- Build, test, and optimize email campaigns in HubSpot, including nurture tracks and promotional campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships to maximize lead quality and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Sales and BDR teams to understand lead quality feedback and optimize handoff processes.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across channels to continuously improve performance metrics.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign execution, personalization, and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or demand generation with a proven track record in B2B SaaS environments.
- Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build complex reports and analyze funnel metrics.
- Proven experience building and executing email campaigns in marketing automation platforms — HubSpot strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and a solid understanding of lead lifecycle management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools (such as Clay, HubSpot AI, or ChatGPT).
- Familiarity with HR tech, compliance SaaS, or enterprise B2B marketing, ABM strategies, or revenue operations.
