What you will do

• Lead and coordinate product planning, launches, and market research activities.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for specific product portfolios to meet business goals.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency by coordinating marketing activities across different countries.
• Execute digital marketing strategies, including managing communication materials and approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, clinical, regulatory, and global marketing departments.
• Support the organization of trade shows, congresses, and internal stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Fluency in Dutch, Spanish, and English required.
• Early-career professional, ideally with experience in an international or matrix environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with comfort using digital marketing tools.
• Must be based in the Netherlands with the ability to travel occasionally within Western Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or life sciences sectors.
