TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through direct sales to SMEs in an assigned UK territory with an accent on outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and achieving sales targets. Focus on securing high-margin, long-term customers and increasing market share by owning the full sales cycle.

Location: Hybrid role in London, managing an assigned UK & Ireland territory.

Salary: £65,000 - £72,500 a year (base salary, commission based on ARR sales).

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and activity metrics.
  • Identify and target accounts through outbound prospecting to generate self-sourced pipeline.
  • Own and progress direct sales opportunities, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Partner effectively with a Business Development Representative (BDR) to build and convert pipeline.
  • Develop and execute a structured territory plan aligned to business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying SaaS or B2B sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating self-sourced pipeline.
  • Experience selling CRM or SaaS solutions (e.g., hirify.global, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Strong forecasting discipline with the ability to manage to quarterly targets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English speaker.
