TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Managing sales cycles for CRM software within the UK & Ireland territory with an accent on outbound prospecting and high-growth revenue generation. Focus on building self-sourced pipeline, executing territory plans, and closing direct sales opportunities for small to medium-sized enterprises.

Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement

Salary: £65,000–£72,500 base per year

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and activity metrics.
  • Identify and target new accounts through outbound prospecting to generate self-sourced pipeline.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Business Development Representatives to convert leads into business.
  • Develop and execute a structured territory plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS or B2B sales role.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing self-sourced pipeline.
  • Strong forecasting discipline and ability to manage quarterly targets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling CRM solutions like hirify.global, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
