Salary: £65,000–£72,500 base per year

What you will do
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and activity metrics.
- Identify and target new accounts through outbound prospecting to generate self-sourced pipeline.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Business Development Representatives to convert leads into business.
- Develop and execute a structured territory plan aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS or B2B sales role.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in generating and closing self-sourced pipeline.
- Strong forecasting discipline and ability to manage quarterly targets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
