Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 On-Target Earnings

What you will do
- Manage the post-sale customer lifecycle to ensure high retention rates.
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to meet or exceed annual renewal and net retention targets.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risk by monitoring product health and usage.
- Identify and execute on expansion opportunities by aligning new features with customer needs.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders ranging from technical users to executive buyers.
- Synthesize customer feedback to inform product strategy and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role such as Account Management or Customer Success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and expansion quotas.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing multi-stakeholder renewal cycles.
- Ability to articulate the value of complex technical products.
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce.
- Must be based in London, UK.
