What you will do

• Develop and execute the APAC marketing strategy in partnership with the VP of International Marketing.
• Translate global campaigns and product launches into effective regional action plans.
• Own the regional marketing plan across field events, ABM, digital programs, and sponsorships.
• Partner closely with APAC sales teams to drive pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
• Act as the primary regional point of contact between APAC Sales and Global Marketing.
• Track, measure, and report on regional marketing performance and KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven track record leading regional or APAC-specific marketing programs.
• Strong experience in enterprise field marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Demonstrated ability to impact revenue growth and pipeline generation.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills.
• Comfort working autonomously within a high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in software categories related to contact centers or customer experience.
• Knowledge of AI agents and enterprise AI solutions.
• Background working in hyper-growth scale-ups.
