What you will do

• Design and build scalable, distributed backend microservices primarily using Golang and Python.
• Lead the development of voice platform integrations including SIP, WebRTC, and multilingual translation pipelines.
• Drive improvements in conversation intelligence systems for remote and in-person interactions.
• Enhance system observability, reliability, and self-service troubleshooting capabilities.
• Collaborate with ML and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for enterprise customers.
• Mentor fellow engineers and define technical best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in Go or equivalent systems languages with strong API design skills.
• Proficiency in scalable architectures using microservices, workflow orchestration, and cloud databases.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of networking, real-time communication protocols, and cloud security.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from design to production.
