Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the Continuous Delivery team, leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to define technical constraints and risks during the product development lifecycle.
• Identify and solve project, process, and technology issues to improve developer productivity across the company.
• Maintain operations and availability of team artifacts through monitoring metrics and on-call support.
• Establish and advocate for high code review and design standards to foster a culture of quality and ownership.
• Mentor and develop talent within the team through feedback and guidance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing and launching scalable backend systems using Python or Kotlin.
• Proven track record with highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building CI/CD, deployment, or release automation systems to reduce manual toil.
• Ability to define technical plans for complex features with simple and extensible designs.
• Proficiency in safely managing significant changes within large codebases.
• Must be based in Canada.
