What you will do

• Take full ownership of projects from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and maintenance.
• Build and evolve the Forecasting product based on real customer feedback and discovery calls.
• Enhance core Admin Platform services including authentication, user management, and configurations.
• Design and develop high-performance, low-latency APIs and scalable systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and business teams to improve user experience.
• Establish robust alerting, dashboards, and runbooks for production services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional backend experience in an enterprise environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Python, Scala, or Java.
• Strong experience with SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency with SQL, RDBMS, and enterprise-grade stacks including message brokers and key-value databases.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and TDD/automated testing paradigms.
• Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs.
• Experience with large-scale data processing using Spark.
