Salary: $220,000 - $260,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the segmentation, positioning, and messaging for the hirify.global Agents AI portfolio.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute cohesive GTM strategies.
• Lead end-to-end launch strategies for new AI product capabilities.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape the category narrative.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market dynamics and platform strategy.
• Develop thought leadership and sales collateral to drive pipeline and product adoption.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or AI.
• Experience leading GTM strategy for complex, technical platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of large language models and enterprise AI deployment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into strategic execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in contact center, customer experience, or enterprise automation sectors.
• Proven track record marketing AI Agent or agentic AI systems.
