Sr. Director, Product Marketing (AI)

Location: United States (Remote)

Base salary: $220,000–$260,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Develop and refine segmentation, positioning, and messaging for the AI Agent and Agentic Assist portfolio.
• Create sales and marketing collateral that communicates product- and platform-level differentiation.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end launches for new AI Agent products and capabilities, including cross-functional enablement.
• Analyze wins and losses, market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer opportunities to influence roadmap and growth strategy.
• Advise executive leadership on market dynamics, positioning, category narrative, and long-term platform strategy.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or AI.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy for complex, technical platforms.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and presenting at the executive level.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic skills.
• Strong understanding of large language models and enterprise AI deployment.
• Experience building and scaling product marketing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in contact center, customer experience, or enterprise automation categories.
• Experience marketing AI Agent or agentic AI systems.
