What you will do

• Architect and launch a certified solutions partner network from the ground up.
• Design and manage commission models, referral systems, and partner programs.
• Drive growth by enabling integration partners to build on top of the hirify.global platform.
• Manage the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including negotiation and co-selling agreements.
• Build scalable GTM systems to support marketplace growth and partner success.
• Collaborate across product, growth, and operations teams to align ecosystem development with company goals.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Proven experience in partnerships, ecosystem management, or revenue operations at a developer-first or PLG SaaS company.
• Ability to own complex systems like commission frameworks, certification paths, and GTM processes.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience working alongside product and growth teams.
• Previous experience in a 0-to-1 builder role within a high-growth startup environment.
