What you will do

  • Lead sales prospecting by initiating contact and qualifying new leads.
  • Facilitate the sales cycle by supporting the Executive and Sales teams.
  • Maintain the CRM database with accurate client and prospect interaction records.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings for Account Executives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and sales trends.
  • Refine lead generation strategies and support content creation for sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to take ownership in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker and collaborative team player.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar tools is preferred.
  • Experience in government or public sector sales is preferred.
