TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Mid-Market): Identifying high-value prospects and generating a strong sales pipeline with an accent on research, outreach, and qualifying sophisticated leads. Location: Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $59,500 – $65,000 USD (Base) | OTE: $85,000 – $95,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify high-value prospects using a hunter mindset.
  • Consistently meet or exceed meeting and pipeline generation quotas.
  • Communicate complex, technical solutions to sophisticated buyers.
  • Collaborate across teams and partner channels to ensure seamless alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–1 year of experience in sales or business development.
  • Ability to uncover customer pain points and connect solutions to business value.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Nooks, Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator.
