Salary: $60,000–$65,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000)

What you will do
- Execute strategic outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with prospective SMB brands.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to provide feedback and influence the platform roadmap.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders and suppliers.
- Represent the company at industry events to expand network and brand presence.
- Consistently track and report sales activities to meet and exceed growth objectives.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in high-volume outbound Sales or Business Development
- Must have B2B sales experience targeting SMB customers
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated experience in an early-stage startup environment
- Strong creative problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Nice to have
- Prior experience in tech or software sales
- Background or interest in the food/consumer goods industry
