What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and objectives for clinical data and interoperability verticals.
• Lead customer discovery to identify emergent needs and evolve product strategy.
• Draft comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, coordinating with design and engineering teams.
• Align annual product roadmaps with the overall product strategy and company vision.
• Triage user feedback and provide internal product expertise.

Requirements

• Must have extensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and EHRs.
• Proven track record owning product verticals at B2B SaaS health technology companies.
• Strong demonstration of independent problem-solving and process improvement within product teams.
• Experience in two or more product management roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first global team.
