Location: Must be based in the USA
Compensation: $200,000 per year ($120,000 base + $80,000 variable)

What you will do
- Own and exceed a personal quota of $1M in new ARR annually through disciplined outreach.
- Manage the full commercial lifecycle independently, from lead qualification to contract execution.
- Lead discovery, demo, and proposal processes while tailoring messaging to clinical and executive stakeholders.
- Maintain clean opportunity records and activity tracking in HubSpot to ensure pipeline health.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Implementation to drive strategic territory growth.
- Contribute to the refinement of go-to-market strategies and competitive positioning based on field insights.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 3 years in healthcare or public health.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $800K+ annual quotas.
- Deep familiarity with FQHCs, Tribal Health, or similar safety-net healthcare organizational structures.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, along with Gong and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage complex procurement and legal workflows.
- Must be able to travel as required for conferences and partner collaborations.
Nice to have
- Experience with EMRs and clinical workflows such as Epic, OCHIN, or NextGen.
- Fluency in technical sales concepts including integrations, HL7/FHIR, and data exchange workflows.
- Previous experience working with PCA/HCCN networks or community health partners.
