Focus on building executive relationships, meeting ambitious sales quotas, and leading strategic territory planning to expand the market footprint of hardware and SaaS platforms.
Location: Must be based in North Carolina, Maryland, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, or Washington D.C. and available for 75% travel.
Salary: $160,000–$170,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do
- Drive the full sales cycle for hardware, SaaS, and services within assigned regional enterprise accounts.
- Develop consultative strategies to position medical imaging solutions as transformational assets for hospitals and health systems.
- Engage directly with C-suite and departmental decision-makers to align technology with organizational priorities.
- Manage activity, pipeline, and forecasting through Salesforce to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare landscape and industry trends.
- Mentor and support RVP I team members as a trusted advisor across the US market.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- 8–10 years of leadership experience in medtech, medical devices, or healthcare IT.
- Proven track record of healthcare departmental and C-suite selling.
- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement models, and value-based selling.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Nice to have
- Formal sales training (Miller Heiman, Targeted Account Selling, or Sandler).
- Experience selling into medical schools or IDNs.
