What you will do

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process and deliver product training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support to resolve client issues and address concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Gather client feedback to drive internal product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the B2B software industry.
  • Proactive communication style with the ability to tailor engagement for internal and external audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and addressing customer challenges.
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and master new software solutions and platforms.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
