What you will do
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and deliver product training sessions.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve client issues and address concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Gather client feedback to drive internal product and service improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or sales within the B2B software industry.
- Proactive communication style with the ability to tailor engagement for internal and external audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and addressing customer challenges.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and master new software solutions and platforms.
- Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer service with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
