What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for SMB clients throughout their journey.
  • Host training webinars on revenue management best practices and platform utilization.
  • Perform regular check-ins to ensure customer goals are met and track account health.
  • Secure annual subscription renewals and identify risks proactively.
  • Create expert content including helpdesk articles and training materials.
  • Collaborate on the development and optimization of internal customer support processes.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Full proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Proven ability to explain technical or complex SaaS concepts to customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for understanding customer pain points and driving positive outcomes.
