What you will do
- Guide customers through onboarding and nurture strong ongoing relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Drive retention, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling in partnership with sales and product teams.
- Manage multiple ongoing customer projects, ensuring timelines and business goals are met.
- Identify at-risk accounts and develop proactive strategies to mitigate churn.
- Provide regular product feedback and customer insights to internal leadership and product teams.
- Track key success metrics like NRR and satisfaction scores in HubSpot.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS.
- Experience with UK and/or Nordics market dynamics.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HubSpot and Excel.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently in a fully remote environment.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
