TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Europe (focus on UK and Nordics).

What you will do

  • Guide customers through onboarding and nurture strong ongoing relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive retention, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling in partnership with sales and product teams.
  • Manage multiple ongoing customer projects, ensuring timelines and business goals are met.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and develop proactive strategies to mitigate churn.
  • Provide regular product feedback and customer insights to internal leadership and product teams.
  • Track key success metrics like NRR and satisfaction scores in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with UK and/or Nordics market dynamics.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HubSpot and Excel.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently in a fully remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
