TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery for a portfolio of enterprise clients, serving as the primary point of contact post-sale.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while partnering with internal cross-functional teams to drive program growth.
  • Align client objectives with strategic reporting, business reviews, and engagement with internal tools.
  • Oversee revenue planning, invoicing accuracy, and program financial tracking.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements for enhanced service delivery.
  • Coordinate with global teams when multiple managers support the same account.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related corporate field managing complex enterprise-level relationships.
  • Proven ability to work in dynamic, high-growth environments while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
  • Capability to influence and build alignment across functions without direct authority.
  • Must be located in London or capable of commuting to the office 3 days per week.
