Location: Must be based in Leeds (Office Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

What you will do
- Support discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and address technical customer queries.
- Lead customer onboarding processes and manage platform configuration.
- Translate complex customer workflows into tailored software solutions.
- Act as the primary technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to drive platform adoption.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or SaaS onboarding roles.
- Understanding of customer workflows and process mapping.
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs and API keys.
- Confidence using Excel and CSV data for setup and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
