Senior Program Director (Healthcare): Managing strategic initiatives for Healthcare Vertical Sales teams with an accent on operationalizing business roadmaps and driving cross-functional execution. Location: Must be based in the US and able to work in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week in office: Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Healthcare Sales teams, overseeing task completion and project progress.
• Drive the execution of Healthcare Sales program priorities and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Communicate project status and escalate significant risks or gaps to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
• Assist functional teams in prioritizing business roadmaps and rehirify.globalcing alignment with company objectives.
• Establish knowledge processes to operationalize, maintain, and sustain strategic initiatives.
• Share knowledge across capabilities to ensure consistent program understanding.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic initiative management and working with change management initiatives.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting/leading meetings at all levels of an organization.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with globally distributed teams.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work 3 days per week from Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA offices.
