What you will do

• Perform deep analysis of talent trends to provide actionable recommendations across the employee lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end program management from scope definition and roadmap creation to implementation.
• Develop and execute change management plans for leadership development, mentor programs, and performance management initiatives.
• Navigate dependencies across cross-functional teams, including marketing, recruiting, and department leadership.
• Introduce innovative and scalable solutions to enhance HR programs and the employer brand.
• Monitor and report program progress to business leaders using industry standards and statistical analysis.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field required.
• Experience: 7–10 years of experience in program management, change management, or project management.
• Proven ability to translate business strategies into actionable workforce initiatives.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and executive reporting.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional project teams in collaborative environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in the PEO industry or professional consulting.
• Certification in Talent Development or Project Management Professional (PMP).
