Senior Project & Program Manager (Change Management): Leading the strategy and execution for change initiatives within a healthcare IT environment with an accent on communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Location: Hybrid (8 days/month). Must be based in the USA (Locations include Waltham, Chicago, Sacramento, Coppell, and Irvine).
Salary: $85,600 - $149,400 USD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end change management activities including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and oversee change implementation for strategic business system transformations.
- Conduct readiness and impact assessments to mitigate resistance and drive the organization toward the future state.
- Build and manage change capacity views for executive leadership to provide visibility into change saturation.
- Develop people metrics to measure pre-deployment readiness and post-deployment performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business leads, and third-party implementation partners.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/change management and training capacity.
- Experience with Prosci Methodology and the ADKAR model.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale technology and behavioral change in an organization.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority in a matrix structure.
- Familiarity with Agile and SDLC.
- Bachelor's degree or related professional experience.
