Salary: $85,600 - $149,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change management activities including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Design and oversee change implementation for strategic business system transformations.
• Conduct readiness and impact assessments to mitigate resistance and drive the organization toward the future state.
• Build and manage change capacity views for executive leadership to provide visibility into change saturation.
• Develop people metrics to measure pre-deployment readiness and post-deployment performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business leads, and third-party implementation partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/change management and training capacity.
• Experience with Prosci Methodology and the ADKAR model.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale technology and behavioral change in an organization.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority in a matrix structure.
• Familiarity with Agile and SDLC.
• Bachelor's degree or related professional experience.
