Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid: 3-6 months initial office requirement).

An AI-native Agentic AI as a Service (AaaS) company providing solutions for business decision-making, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange with global operations across 17 offices.

What you will do

  • Identify and source new distribution partners within the Japanese market.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and potential partners.
  • Formulate strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies for new partner channels.
  • Manage partner relations and monitor channel performance against key objectives.
  • Bridge internal resources to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
  • Review channel operations and implement improvements to drive mutual success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in solution sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • Commercially driven with a strong ambition to succeed.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
  • Must be able to work from the office for the first 3-6 months.
  • Professional proficiency in business English.

Nice to have

  • Industry knowledge in Adtech or Martech.
  • Experience with Cloud Services, ISV, or MSP solutions targeting Enterprise markets.
  • Strong process-driven approach to partner onboarding and forecasting.
