What you will do
- Identify and source new distribution partners within the Japanese market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and potential partners.
- Formulate strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies for new partner channels.
- Manage partner relations and monitor channel performance against key objectives.
- Bridge internal resources to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
- Review channel operations and implement improvements to drive mutual success.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in solution sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Commercially driven with a strong ambition to succeed.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
- Must be able to work from the office for the first 3-6 months.
- Professional proficiency in business English.
Nice to have
- Industry knowledge in Adtech or Martech.
- Experience with Cloud Services, ISV, or MSP solutions targeting Enterprise markets.
- Strong process-driven approach to partner onboarding and forecasting.
