What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving net growth through renewals, cross-selling, and expansion sales.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with clients' business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders from C-suite to end-users.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations and renewals to maximize customer retention and minimize churn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solution architects, customer success, and product teams to meet client needs.
  • Evangelize the product within the territory through prospecting and attending industry events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS experience, preferably within the Analytics, Mobile, or MarTech space.
  • Proven track record of achieving quota targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to create compelling, value-based narratives for clients.
  • Experience presenting complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Must be based in Tokyo.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms.
  • MBA degree.
