What you will do

• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of AI and automation initiatives within the compliance function.
• Maintain and administer the compliance, learning management, and governance systems.
• Conduct daily and periodic compliance surveillance and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate responses to regulator enquiries and perform internal investigations.
• Create and maintain compliance training modules for staff.
• Draft and update internal compliance policies and documentation.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in Australia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding or interest in compliance, risk, and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and automation.
• Ability to work effectively with data and processes.
