What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to target key accounts.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and market analysis.
  • Mentor and train junior sales team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales, including new logo acquisition.
  • Advanced skills in negotiation and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting sales data.
  • Proficiency in CRM and modern sales management tools.
  • Must be able to work in the Kuala Lumpur office on a hybrid basis.
