TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands with two days per week at the Utrecht office.
Salary: €5,000–€6,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 3 IT Engineers, setting OKRs and identifying development opportunities.
- Plan, delegate, and prioritize IT infrastructure tasks and general support workloads.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.
- Manage relationships and contracts with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Oversee the rollout of new tools, hardware, and processes to ensure smooth end-user adoption.
- Improve existing IT workflows, automation, and documentation to eliminate friction.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.
- Must be based in or willing to move to the Netherlands.
- 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Security and Compliance practices.
- Proven ability to manage IT projects, service workflows, and vendor relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like GitHub, HubSpot, 1Password, JumpCloud, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Knowledge of Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Relevant professional certifications.
