IT Support Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 IT Engineers, setting OKRs and identifying development opportunities.
• Plan, delegate, and prioritize IT infrastructure tasks and general support workloads.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.
• Manage relationships and contracts with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Oversee the rollout of new tools, hardware, and processes to ensure smooth end-user adoption.
• Improve existing IT workflows, automation, and documentation to eliminate friction.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.
• Must be based in or willing to move to the Netherlands.
• 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Security and Compliance practices.
• Proven ability to manage IT projects, service workflows, and vendor relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with tools like GitHub, HubSpot, 1Password, JumpCloud, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
• Knowledge of Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Relevant professional certifications.
