What you will do

• Establish a comprehensive global sourcing strategy and operational framework aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Identify and engage top-tier talent using AI tools, social media, and niche platforms.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill and executive-level positions.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate business needs into effective talent strategies.
• Conduct deep market mapping and research to provide actionable labor market intelligence.
• Track sourcing metrics in Workday and report on effectiveness to continuously optimize talent acquisition methods.

Requirements

• 8+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience, including market mapping and executive-level sourcing.
• Proven experience developing global sourcing strategies in large, matrixed environments.
• Advanced proficiency with sourcing technologies and AI-based research tools.
• Experience using ATS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong analytical research skills and the ability to influence stakeholders through data insights.
• Ability to work from either Los Angeles or New York City.
