Location: Hybrid (Chester, Dalgety Bay, London, Nottingham, Wolverhampton, UK) and Remote (UK)

What you will do

  • Develop client relationships to promote hirify.global and its products.
  • Act as a point of contact for all customer queries and escalations.
  • Monitor calls to ensure all contractual SLAs are met and liaise with internal teams to achieve them.
  • Perform trending to identify potential issues and manage regular service calls with the customer.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with Service Line Managers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Service Manager in the information technology sector managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with a hands-on mentality.
  • Understanding of the UK Rail Industry.
