TL;DR

Account Manager, Early Stage (SaaS): Expanding and retaining hirify.global’s APAC customers by developing strong relationships and aligning hirify.global’s solutions with their objectives. Focus on understanding customer business needs, identifying expansion opportunities, and managing the sales cycle for renewals and upsells.

Location: Hybrid role based out of our Sydney office, with three days a week in the office.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Understand hirify.global’s product offerings and roadmap to confidently address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with CSMs to understand customer health and ensure strategic alignment and communication.
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion with current customers, increasing their usage of hirify.global’s platform.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle of expansion or renewal opportunities, negotiating and involving internal resources as needed.
  • Accurately forecast monthly expansion and churn, and maintain a clean SFDC instance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management, full cycle sales, or related roles.
  • Hybrid role (three days a week in office) based out of our Sydney office
  • Strong ability to prospect and drive expansion pipeline from current customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual).
  • Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust.
  • Able to effectively collaborate with various departments.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in security and compliance.
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.
