Salary: $126,100–$168,100 USD

What you will do
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic initiatives for education, workforce, and public-sector clients.
- Partner with clients to co-design strategies responsive to local contexts and system constraints.
- Translate labor market and AI research into actionable frameworks, toolkits, and guides.
- Facilitate meetings and communities of practice with senior leaders and cross-sector stakeholders.
- Manage project scopes, timelines, and staff, while mentoring junior team members.
- Actively contribute to business development, proposal design, and thought partnership.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Relevant degree (Ph.D. + 3 years, Master’s + 7 years, or Bachelor’s + 9 years of experience).
- Available for meetings across all continental U.S. time zones.
- Proven experience delivering technical assistance to public agencies or nonprofits.
- Strong background in workforce change, education-to-employment pathways, or AI impacts.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
