What you will do

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placement.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
• Create engaging job ads and source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Manage pipelines and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruitment and business development strategies.

Requirements

• Around 1 to 2 years of experience in inside sales/business development or recruitment.
• Strong interest in recruitment.
• Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as an Inside Sales Representative (ISR).
• Experience in international environments.
