What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles while balancing speed, quality, and hiring manager expectations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, align on expectations, and optimize search strategies.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Use ATS data to monitor pipeline health, resolve bottlenecks, and improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Contribute to employer branding and cross-functional HR initiatives to boost talent attraction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates to ensure clear, engaging communication throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with full-cycle hiring ownership.
  • Advanced proficiency in sourcing strategies, market mapping, and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English: C1 proficiency required.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems for reporting and process optimization.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
