Account Executive Iii (Sales): Renewing and expanding hirify.global's products and services with a defined portfolio of existing accounts with an accent on renewal management, cross sell and upsell. Focus on proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying and developing a sales pipeline and closing business to meet and exceed annual objectives.

What you will do

  • Maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline to meet and exceed annual objectives.
  • Perform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal sales resources.
  • Drive the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in SFDC to support territory, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholder teams to increase retention rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of client-facing experience in sales, sales coordination, account management, marketing, customer success, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate the value proposition of multiple D&B solutions.
  • Track record of closing sales, winning clients, managing client relationships and attaining or exceeding annual quota(s).
  • Understanding of D&B commercial contracting formats, pricing, and sales order management.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word skills.
