TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Driving end-to-end sales efforts for strategic fintech partnerships with an accent on consultative prospecting, solution demonstrations, and contract negotiations. Focus on leveraging sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to build trust with technical audiences and expand product adoption within the financial services sector.

Location: Must be based in or commute to New York City for a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Compensation: $130,000–$165,000 (50/50 base + commission)

What you will do

  • Identify high-potential fintech companies and implement proactive prospecting strategies.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial discovery and product demos to pricing proposals and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build and nurture a strong professional network within the US fintech community.
  • Translate complex technical and contractual information into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying SaaS platform sales experience.
  • Proven experience in Fintech or Regtech sectors.
  • Strong expertise in professional sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to engage and build trust with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
