What you will do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business through both inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to proposal and final close.
  • Consult with prospects to understand financial and tax goals and present tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline within CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with tax advisory, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize handoffs.
  • Create educational content and success stories to position the brand as a leader in financial strategy.

Requirements

  • Must hold a CPA certification.
  • 2-5 years of full-cycle sales experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate value to complex client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience with CRM tools.
  • Must be authorized to work and currently based in the United States.

  • Background in tax, accounting, or wealth management.
