What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation for commercial customers
• Configure and optimize hirify.global in development workflows and CI/CD environments
• Deliver trainings, workshops, and technical enablement sessions
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with Support, Product, and Engineering teams
• Drive customer adoption and long-term success with Customer Success Managers
• Gather feedback and contribute to product improvements and internal documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, etc.)
• Experience onboarding/supporting SaaS or developer tooling products
• Strong knowledge of software development workflows, Git, CI/CD, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Comfortable with command line and debugging technical issues
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts
• Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud-native infrastructure
• High-growth startup experience
