TL;DR

Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own all technical touchpoints in the sales cycle, including discovery, demos, PoCs, and production rollouts.
• Deploy and configure extraction pipelines inside customer environments from pilots to enterprise-scale production.
• Diagnose and resolve accuracy, latency, and infrastructure issues across distributed systems.
• Build Python tooling and customer-facing utilities to support integrations and downstream workflows.
• Collaborate with ML, platform, and product teams to funnel customer signals back into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3–7 years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions or Implementation Engineer) at a technical SaaS company.
• Experience in early-stage startups (Seed–Series B).
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with APIs and distributed systems.
• Solid grip on sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Background in data infrastructure, ML platforms, or document processing.
