TL;DR

Head of Programmatic Outcomes (Partners): Shaping a partner ecosystem to enable customers to use and love Claude with an accent on certifying and equipping consulting firms, SIs, MSPs, and technology partners. Focus on co-building with Partnerships, Product, and Growth Marketing to make partner-led activation as reliable as direct-led.

Location: San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $315,000 - $350,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive the hirify.global Certified Partner Program, defining tiers, certification criteria, enablement curriculum, and performance accountability standards.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-leverage partners for driving Tier C account AI adoption at scale.
  • Co-develop the partner enablement toolkit with the Product and Growth Marketing capability leads.
  • Design the partner feedback loop to capture what works in partner-led activations and codify learnings into updated playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Product and Systems/Process capability leads to ensure partners have access to the right tools and infrastructure.
  • Establish partner performance metrics in partnership with Strat Ops, including activation rates, adoption outcomes, and revenue contribution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise partner development, channel strategy, or alliances with direct ownership of a partner ecosystem.
  • Experience shaping a partner certification or enablement program.
  • Track record of designing partner-led motions that translated into repeatable, scalable adoption outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the SI, consulting firm, and MSP landscape.
  • Cross-functional fluency: comfortable at the intersection of Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing.
  • Ability to treat the partner ecosystem as a product, designing, iterating, and measuring it.
