TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and build the enterprise Sales Development function, including org structure and hiring plans.
  • Establish strategy to convert product usage, pilots, and developer activity into qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Field Engineering to execute unified go-to-market motions.
  • Develop vertical-specific and account-based sales development playbooks for sectors like Financial Services and Life Sciences.
  • Build a data-driven operating system to monitor pipeline quality, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of first-line SDR managers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, revenue, or GTM leadership.
  • 3-5+ years of second-line leadership experience building and managing managers.
  • Proven success building enterprise demand engines from scratch in product-driven or platform businesses.
  • Deep expertise in product-led and usage-based GTM motions, including PQLs and expansion.
  • Strong experience selling into high-stakes, regulated industries like Financial Services or Life Sciences.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven operations.
